I’m Mittra, a senior product designer and strategist with 5+ years of experience solving complex problems in finance, healthcare, and payments. I thrive in complex spaces where clarity, speed, and alignment are critical — shaping ideas from concept to launch while influencing the roadmap through thoughtful research and cross-functional influence. My approach is grounded in asking the right questions, surfacing insights that matter, and designing with both impact and scale in mind.

Currently, I'm working at JPMorgan Chase & Co. to create end-to-end experiences that enable small business owners to manage their bottom line and make better business decisions. I partner closely with executives, product managers, data analysts, researchers, content designers, and developers to evaluate trade-offs to enhance a data analytics tool. 

When I’m not designing, you’ll find me searching for the best slice of cheese pizza on the East Coast, hitting PRs on the squat rack, and surveying every local coffee shop within a 0.5-mile radius.
